Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Millimo One business operating system or the PersonaAl Emotional AI Service (collectively, the "Services") operated by Millimo, Inc. (a Delaware C-Corporation, "Millimo," "us," "we," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.
Millimo provides two core, integrated services:
You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You will not use the Services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
a. Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your account.
b. Data Integrity (Millimo One):
Millimo relies on the integrity of the data you input into Millimo One. You warrant that any operational data provided is accurate, current, and complete.
a. Fees:
Certain portions of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., PersonaAl Starter, Millimo One Pay-As-You-Go modules). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
b. Price Changes:
Millimo, Inc. reserves the right to modify the fees for its Services at any time. Any price change will become effective at the start of the next billing cycle following notification.
We may terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
In no event shall Millimo, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
